Uptown Fitness offers flexible gym memberships for individuals, families, couples, and students. A keycard is required to gain 24/7 access for a one-time charge of $20. For those seeking short-term options, our “drop-in memberships” allow you to use the facility for a day, weekend, or week. Please email to inquire about short-term memberships.

heather mckee

Hi, I’m Heather McKee!
I’m a 
NASM-certified personal trainer with additional credentials in nutrition coaching, and I’m always expanding my education to better serve my clients. Right now, I’m working on certifications in stretching & flexibility as well as GLP-1 nutrition education—because I believe growth never stops, and neither should your goals.

I specialize in weight loss coaching, menopausal weight management, strength building, muscle development, and personalized nutrition guidance. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from teens to seniors—and helped them achieve real, lasting results that fit their lifestyle.

My coaching style blends safe health assessments, effective strength training, fun cardio, and smart nutrition strategies to create transformations that go beyond the scale. What excites me most is watching my clients break through barriers—whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, feeling stronger, or simply living with more energy and confidence.

I know how overwhelming starting (or restarting) a fitness journey can feel, which is why I focus on creating a welcoming, supportive, and motivating environment. My goal is to make every workout something you look forward to—challenging, effective, and yes, even fun.

Having gone through my own transformation, I know firsthand what it takes to push past doubts and hit milestones. And I’ll be with you every step of the way—encouraging, guiding, and celebrating your wins big and small.

JASON BEATTY

I’m Jason Beatty, a (ISSA) certified personal trainer dedicated to providing personalized training plans that take my client's goals, limitations, experience, and schedules into

consideration when planning their workouts.


I have worked with many clients helping them lose weight, gain muscle, and gain confidence in and out of the gym. My training process involves clear, safe instructions focusing on proper form and using the correct weight. I’m here to help you whether it's for weight loss, muscle building, enhancing your athletic performance, or to learn the basics in the gym.
